Payment Policy

 We use PayPal to receive our payments. Once you pay for our product(s), you will receive an order comformation email from PayPal. We will email you when your order is shipped.

LIVE DELIVERY GUARANTEE

We have a Live Delivery Guarantee for all of our Live Worms we ship. In the case of the worms not arriving alive, we will either refund your money or reship the worms to you. Since we want your worms to arrive in good condition, we may not ship an order if the weather conditions are extremely hot or cold.

But for the Live Guarantee to be valid, the worms have to be signed for or accepted on the first delivery attempt. Please make sure that someone is there to receive the delivery.

And the Live Guarantee is only valid for the delivery of the product. Once you have the worms, you are responsible for them. Don't worry, every order comes with instructions.

For our non-living products, We Guarantee our products will arrive in good condition or we will return the full purchase price of the product not including shipping.

 RETURN POLICY

Once you have received any type of worms from us, you can not return them. In the case that the worms you received were not alive, you the customer must report to us - Golden Earth Farm - within 3 hours of the delivery.

We will consider the worms delivered alive unless we are contacted within 3 hours of the time the carrier scans in the package as delivered.

If your worms did not arrive alive, and you have contacted us we will either refund your money or reship the product to you. The decision of whether the worms will be reshipped or refunded is at our discretion. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Non-living products can be returned, if done so within 12 days of being received by the customer. If you decide to return the product, the product must be in it's original shipping container and must include the invoice. The product must be in good condition for a full refund. Shipping costs are not refundable.
